Brady Bunch actor Barry Williams is accusing his baby mama of causing his new reality show to be cancelled and ticket sales for his musical to drop due to her trashing him in the press calling him a deadbeat dad.
He is now requesting a California judge slap her with a gag order prohibiting her from talking about him.
The Brady Bunch star's ex-girlfriend, Elizabeth Kennedy, slapped him with a child support/custody lawsuit earlier this year.
She claimed he physically and emotionally abandoned both her and their daughter Samantha Williams, who is now three years old.
Elizabeth explained in legal documents that she was Barry's 'spousal equivalent' from April 2006 through March 2013 and the court to order him to pay her $3,423 to cover her basic needs.

Williams' most famous role was as oldest son Greg Brady on the 1970's sitcom The Brady Bunch
But in brand new court documents obtained exclusively by Daily Mail Online Williams says he never abandoned them.
In fact, the 60-year-old actor states he requested visitation periods with his daughter at his home in Missouri, as well as telephone and FaceTime/Skype calls with her, but his baby mama refuses to allow any of it.
Williams goes even further explaining Elizabeth will not share in the expenses to raise their daughter as she claims she is too ill to work.
However, the actor points out that she wasn't too ill to do numerous television and print press appearances where she brutally trashed him by labeling him a deadbeat dad.
He accuses her of timing her interviews to coincide with the opening of his 2015 live musical show, The 70's Music Celebration! Starring Barry Williams - which opened in March - and also the premier of his reality cable television show.
He states, 'The ugly remarks directed at respondent undoubtedly was the cause of significant harm to ticket sales of the live show and to the cancellation of the television show, due to the ugly acts attributed to Respondent, which do not go over well with the conservative Branson, Missouri audiences.
'Worst yet, it leaves a sad legacy for Samantha.'
While Williams doesn't specify the name of the reality show, but it would appear it would be 'A Very Barry Branson' which was announced late last year and was to premiere on the Great American Country Network.
Williams is requesting that the court order his baby mama not be allowed to speak to the media about the case or their relationship.

He also wants the judge to make it clear if she does, then she will lose custody of their daughter.
The actor is offering to pay just $900 a month in child support stating that he also has another child from a former marriage.
He also notes that the support payments he makes are derived from a loan that he took out to set up his musical show in Missouri.
But he explains that income from the production is negative at the moment and he points the blame at the public attacks on his character that Elizabeth has made about him.
Elizabeth claims his estate is worth well over $11 million.
She says Williams received $1.7 million from his mother in December 2012 and that he owns several trusts.
Earlier court documents show Elizabeth claimed Williams was initially angry and verbally abusive when he found out she was pregnant.
She then said both she and her daughter almost died during delivery and that's when she says Williams was ready to be a family.
Samantha was born three months early - in August 2012.

Shortly after he moved to Missouri to start a new entertainment venture.
He set Elizabeth and Samantha up in an apartment and said they could join him once their daughter was well enough.
But Elizabeth says in March 2013 - he told her he no longer wanted his daughter or Elizabeth to move to Missouri.
Elizabeth also claimed that he has a history of alcohol abuse and intoxication while driving.
She asserts that he crashed her car in May 2013 costing her $20,000 in damages.
Williams says all of Elizabeth's statements are lies and he has never abused either alcohol or illegal drugs.
He then claimed that Elizabeth's heavy use of marijuana and cigarettes are likely what caused her troubles during her pregnancy.
The judge has yet to file an order in Orange County, California Court in the case regarding child support, custody and whether he will put a gag order on Elizabeth to keep her from from speaking to the press.
